Spoolable Pipe Production Line

A global supplier of conventional jointed pipe for oil, gas, and water pipelines wanted to expand into the coiled tubing and spoolable pipe business. The company reached out to Gallagher because of our experience in the sector.

Working with their product development team, we helped to direct the design effort and then built a complete production line to make long runs of thermoplastic, fiber-wrapped, composite spoolable pipe.

The production line includes customized orbital winders and tape wrappers, among other machines.
